On May 13, 2013, the second phase of the new employee orientation camp opened. 20 new staff and personnel supervisor took part in this training, the trainees mainly come from the business department and financial department.
The new employees need to master the corporate culture, institutions, products and industry knowledge. Besides, this training also specifically arranged the golden business start, golden project management and other skill development according to the requirement of these two systems staff. These training courses are all combined with enterprise culture, spirit and students characteristics.
This class has two characteristic. Firstly, the training form is rich, interactive is strong. According to different curriculum design interactive questions, discussion, case shows, game experience and various training methods, it broke through the traditional simplex teaching way, greatly stimulated the students interest in study. Secondly, the new staff training specially added the group assignments. At the end of the day s training, participants discuss on the same topic in groups, reach an agreement, complete the group assignments. All can releas the group members’ creative and wisdom.
